6. Purpose of the Internet
The purpose of the Internet is to obtain information from different sources. From those sources, your can obtain different types of information. Obtaining information that is put on the Internet is able to give you a lot more knowledge that is very helpful. The more knowledge you have stored in your brain, the more power that you can and will have. Another purpose of the Internet is for communication with others. In the past, the only to communicate with another person was by talking to them in person, or by sending them a letter if you were not able to see them. Now-a-days you can just send an email to that person if you can't talk to them in person. Sending an email, a person can respond to it very fast. Sending a letter, it takes a long time before you hear from that person again. It could be weeks, or even months. Another purpose for the Internet is to shop. In stores they may not have certain items. But at that same store you go to their website, and they will have the same plus better stuff on the Internet. The Internet has somewhat better prices too, than in the store. The Internet is one of the most powerful tools in the world. Everyone uses it everyday. It is a very powerful tool. I don't know what the world would be like without it.
