Explain how not getting sleep affects your day

Sleeping energizes your body. Your body is just like a cell phone. You have to charge it or it will not work. If you do not get a full charge, you will be ablt to use it, but for not as long, and you will not be able to use certain features because they require more battery power. When you sleep, you are charging up your body for the next day. If you do not get a full charge on your body you will be sluggish. You will not be able to concentrate and will not be able to do things very effectively. If you get a full charge to your body you will be awake and ready for action. You will be able to get jobs and tasks done, and done effectivly. You will be able to do all of these things while still having energey to do more. Let's say it is sunday night and you have have a big basketball game on monday. If you do not get a good 8-10 hours of sleep, this is how you will play in that game. You will be sluggish. You will not run as fast, you will not be able to remember all of the plays, your timing will be off, and you will not want to play because of the fact that you are really tired. Being all of this that I just listed will get you one place on monday. That place is the bench. You will come right out of the game and you will be mad because you will not get back in. And if your su sub does a lot better than you, he will keep your spot and you will be even more mad because you will have to stay on the bench and only get in if and when he is tired. You will be in the game only until the starter is ready to get back in. How can all of this have been avoided. Stop staying up so late can get some sleep. A conversation is never that serious unless it is a life changing moment, you should stop and go to bed. It will help you out a lot in your day and you will be happy that you got a good amount of sleep when you wake up.
