Raw foods and cooked foods
Not all food has to be eaten cooked. Some food can be eaten raw. Sometimes it tastes better. Raw vegetables are better for your body and health than cooked vegetables because all of the nutrients are still in it. When the vegetable is cooked and anyway, some or most of the nutrients come out so you get a different taste, and you do not get everything that your body needs to stay healthy. Not all foods can be eaten raw too though. Some foods you have too cook or it will hurt your body. If you cook the food it will not do any harm to your body and it will accept the food and will not make you sick. Eating certain food raw, you can get a stomach ach, diaria, and other bad illnesses. You can sometimes be hospitalized because of this. If your food isn't cooked all the way, like meat, it will not do you any good and you will get very sick. Not all food should be cooked, and not all food should not be cooked. You must know which ones shouldn't and which ones should.
