figures of Speech Poems

Beauty crawls beneath the ledge
Covering its pale face
Leaving behind her self-esteem

Sarcasm popping out the blue
Blinding out every naked eye
Leaving two lines of laughs and cries

Hunger cries out to the birds
Through the creepy swamps
Yelling out "I need more!"

Pain shouts to the heavens
Covered in mud and trash
He begs for a way out

Dehydration reaches out in the desert
Under the blazing sun
The tree whines to fulfill its thirst

Weakness begs for mercy in the ring
Clothes in cheap ripped attire
He begs for the beating to stop
