how could teachers do their job more effectively

For teachers to do their job more effectively, I think they should first ask the students in their class, "what is the best way you learn in a school environment?" Not all students learn things the same way. Some people are visual learners, hands on learners, listeners, people that have to do activities, or people that just take notes on a subject to learn the material. If the teacher does this, they will be able to actually teach all of the students the material and not just some of the students. If the teacher is able to teach every student, and the students and the students get good grades out of the class, the teacher won't get fired. They will stay around longer and make more money. Another way teachers can do their job more effectively is by making the class very fun and interesting. When students don't have a fun classroom environment, the class becomes automatically boring to them. When something becomes boring to a teen, they are not going to want to do it. So the student will not want to do his or her work, and they will stop coming to the class. If the teacher takes the time to make the class fun then the students will look forward to attending that class. A teacher should really look at this and take it into consideration because this could be the difference between keep keeping their job, or losing it and being unemployed. Everyone knows how hard it is to get a job today.
